Volunteer- Trial Lawyers Care- pro bono project to represent those killed and injured in the 9-11 attacks.
President of the Bay Ridge Aquatics Institute, Inc. a not for profit corporation which runs swimming programs for all age groups from toddlers to adults.
Chairman Alpha Phi Delta Foundation, Inc. Scholarship Division a not for profit corporation which awards annual scholarships in excess of forty thousand dollars.

Judge David Lewis
David L Lewis, a former partner in Lewis & Fiore retired from private practice upon being appointed a Judge of the New York State Court of Claims in June. Most recently David served as Counsel to the New York State Senate. Judge Lewis handled many trials and appeals in Federal and State Court in his 37 year career. He also lectured at Continuing Education Courses sponsored by Bar Associations throughout the United States.
